Thank you for your interest in scheduling a session. This form has been created to streamline requests from Mount Sinai teams and ensure accurate scheduling, scope alignment, and timely delivery.

Rate will be a standard $300 / hour for all shoots. Standard turnaround time for Event Coverage is 2 business days with an option for next-day delivery of select images. Select images will be chosen based on shot list / VIP / intended usage.
